Flames often represent passion, intensity, and power. They symbolize a force that can both create and destroy. The flickering and dancing nature of flames delight me, flames are often used as a symbol of energy, warmth, and light. I need energy right now.

My work is predominantly colorful, imaginative mixed media artworks. I have created my own style of contemporary art over the years.

It combines photos of nature and people with structural layers made using old photographs, my paintings, and sculptures.

Burned oranges

This is done from a photograph I took in Cape Verde years ago- of a woman doing her wash. I have for some reason always liked it, it appleas to me for a reason unknown. Iplayed with it and came up with this traditional type of painting. I did other poster version. What are you thought about them?

Glorious green

I get really exited about things, after I’ve found it, then I do lots of “art” with the same technique. Now, as I started playing with Photoshop, I have worked on some of my old photos, these two are actually from a shot I took of green leaves with few in yellow and orange tones on a lake. There is not much left of the original photo, that for sure,
