Watercolor paintings depicting a winter landscape with snowflakes, soft colors, and a serene atmosphere. A winter sunset with pinks and pastels as the main focus in both artworks.

I am improving, at least I like to think so; my skills are evolving. Here are winter landscapes done in my unique style, capturing the serene beauty of snow-covered trees. They reflect my interpretation of winter’s stillness, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in the tranquil scenes and experience the chill in the air through muted colors and textures.
A serene black and white watercolor painting of a snowy landscape featuring trees, effectively conveying the peaceful ambiance of a winter night. The artwork aims on to highlight the beauty and stillness of the season, encapsulating the tranquil essence associated with snowy evenings.

Aquarelle paintings of cityscape still haven’t quite captured the essence I’m aiming for, but you know what? There’s a certain joy in this journey—embracing both the errors and the successes along the way. 😊 I can just imagine how much more fun it will be when I finally unlock the secret to this art form! It’s all about layering those colors just right and having the patience to let them mingle and dry in between. Isn’t that part of the beauty of creating? Each stroke is a little adventure, and I can’t wait to see where it takes me next!
As you can see in the gallery, two nearly same paintings as I try to improve them – next one might be a bit better. and the next..😂
Ps. I should try to get these straight – that would slightly improve how they look.

I am in the process of learning aquarelle painting, and I’m really trying to discover my own unique style and handprint to it. It’s a journey, and I want to share it with you! These are just quick snapshots of my attempts; the paper is not perfectly straight because. but I’ve placed them under heavy books to flatten them out. Honestly, these turned out okay, and I feel somewhat pleased with how they came out. I must admit, though, they seem to look their best in person rather than in photos, which is a little surprising! I will continue to show you more as I to explore this beautiful medium!
