How a Backyard Scene Inspired My Latest Artwork

I haven’t done any digital art lately, so I am totally rusty in that way, but I had to try something to reignite my creativity. I decided to create a piece inspired by a photo I took of my backyard. In the late afternoon, the sun filters gently through the trees, casting playful shadows on the ground. The clouds drift lazily, forming nice shapes against the vibrant blue sky, creating a picturesque scene. It’s a reminder of the beauty of nature during this transitional season, and you can truly feel the subtle touch of autumn in the air as the leaves begin to dance with the breeze, hinting at the changes to come.

The flickering and dancing flames

Movement, colors and texture, those are things I like to play with.

Flames often represent passion, intensity, and power. They symbolize a force that can both create and destroy. The flickering and dancing nature of flames delight me, flames are often used as a symbol of energy, warmth, and light. I need energy right now.

My work is predominantly colorful, imaginative mixed media artworks. I have created my own style of contemporary art over the years.

It combines photos of nature and people with structural layers made using old photographs, my paintings, and sculptures.

My artwork can be printed in various sizes and mediums. If interested in buying, give me a shout.
